Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Carefully repackage the unit in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and hardware are included.

Ship the Item

Securely attach the RMA label to the exterior of the crate or box and ship the package via a trackable carrier to our designated warehouse.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians inspect the unit for damage and verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
